All purchases are subject to current availability and authorisation of payment. In the event that an artwork has been sold in our gallery prior to online purchase, the customer will be informed, and no payment processed. Payment will be processed, checked, and confirmed. Then the artwork if available will be processed for delivery once the costs have been confirmed with you. In majority of cases costs are embedded in the checkout / shipping confirmation.


Postage costs are calculated for each piece relative to the size, weight, and price of the artwork. In the event of any change in delivery cost, we will contact you before processing payment. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, subject to proof of loss or damage, we shall refund the cost of the piece. Large ticket items with additional / enhanced compensation cover for loss or damage, up to a maximum of �5,000 per consignment may need to have private courier service as per customer instructions.  These shipping instructions will need to be agreed as per costs before shipping.


Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy (see below).


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a full refund. All works are carefully checked by us prior to shipping. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. However, if a work should be damaged, defective or not acceptable to you in some way then please get in touch as soon as possible. Please check the goods as soon as possible after arrival. Notify us immediately if there is any damage to the work. (Please do so within 3 days of arrival.) If you wish to return your purchase then please let us know. We must be informed within 7 days of receipt and the cost of return carriage must be borne by the purchaser. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.


Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. To view our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.

All disputes will be settled under UK Law.
